The Univex SRM12+ is a professional-grade 12-quart planetary countertop mixer engineered for commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafés, and catering environments. Powered by a durable 1/3 HP capacitor-start motor and hardened alloy gear transmission, the mixer offers variable speed control with four fixed speeds plus infinite adjustments in-between - without stopping operation. Its heavy-duty stainless steel bowl, dishwasher-safe safety guard, ergonomic hand-crank lift, and operator interlock system ensure both safety and ease of use. Designed with a rugged NSF-approved hybrid powder-coat finish, the SRM12+ supports a wide range of mixing tasks and can be expanded with optional power take-off (PTO) hub attachments for slicing, shredding, and grinding, making it a versatile all-purpose solution for any commercial food operation.
