Featuring two ovens in the base, each equipped with an adjustable rack, users can bake two dishes simultaneously. The four burners, operating at 25,000 BTU each, cater to a range of cooking needs, including soup preparation, chicken frying, and pasta water boiling. The unit's removable cast iron grates facilitate easy cleaning by allowing the removal of food debris.

To ensure quick and even cooking, the left side of the open burners is equipped with a griddle boasting a 3⁄4-inch plate. The gas range includes a rear-located backsplash, preventing food particles and grease from splattering on the kitchen wall. Both the burners and gas tubing are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion over time. The exterior of the unit is also made of stainless steel, providing durability and withstanding the rigors of a commercial kitchen.
