The Peerless CW100P - Single Deck Super Size Floor Model Gas Pizza Oven offers you the best possible quality with performance and value. This oven comes with a stainless steel front, aluminized interior, 1.5” hearth decks and a one-year “parts and labor” warranty. The CW100P pizza stone gas oven oven can be converted into a CW200P by stacking. This option gives you two 52”x36” decks in only 60”of space.

Peerless CW100P has a super size 52”x36”x9” deck and will hold at least twenty 9” pizzas, twelve 12” pizzas, or six 16” pizzas. This single deck oven requires only 60” of space. Equipped with the new energy-saving “Power-Pak” 5-cell burner system and unique baffle system for even heat and better baking make this oven highly efficient. It is well-powered by 100,000 BTUs which increases its efficiency and recovery rate. Also, the controls are in its lower front for ease of operation and less installation space. The oven and its individual shut off valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at test pressures in excess of 1/2” psig (3.45KPA). The installation must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Code, ANSI Z223.1/NPA 54, Or the National Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1 - Latest Edition. The appliance should be connected ONLY to the type of gas for which it is equipped. All equipment is adjusted at the factory. Check type of gas on the serial plated on the bottom front of the oven. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage, injury or death. Read this manual thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment. Peerless Gas Oven Service Manual
Peerless warranty states that every new oven will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of installation or 12 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This will not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, improper operation, operation outside of design limits, accidents and casualties.
