Marsal MB Slice Series Brick-Lined Gas Deck Pizza Ovens Spec Sheet
For your safety, please take note that improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage, injury, or death. Oven location should take into consideration proper ventilation to permit satisfactory combustion of gas and proper venting. Service access panel is located at the left side of the oven. If this is blocked off, however, service can be done from the front of the oven. The Gas Connection when installing a stacked oven with one line, there should be 1” to the tee and the 3/4” into each oven. Installation of service access, electrical connection, gas connection, gas and electrical specifications, oven location, delivery and adjustments associated with initial installation as well as assembly instructions can be viewed in full detail by clicking and downloading the link below.
Marsal Gas Deck Ovens Installation & Operating Manual
The service manual discusses testing of components, maintenance instructions and troubleshooting. Many malfunctions can be corrected by adjusting the pilot burners, main bumpers or thermostats. It is best to attempt to correct these through adjustments rather than immediately replacing parts. When troubleshooting, check the diameter of gas connections. Hard plumbing or flex lines must be 3/4” or bigger. With ovens venting into a hood, it is a must to use a stainless steel flue pipe. A draft diverter must be installed when venting directly into the ceiling. The Marsal Gas Oven Service Manual can be found in detail by clicking and downloading the link below.
