The 130-PAGW has three modes of operation: gas fired, gas and wood combination and wood fired.
Our heavy duty gas burner system is engineered for optimum performance and long term reliable operation through a straightforward design and the use of high quality components. The solenoid based burner control automatically adjusts flame height and intensity to maintain the preset temperature. All our PAGW models are manufactured in Los Angeles.

For unloading, installing and moving the oven, please use only proper heavy lifting machinery and handling equipment performed by duly trained professionals. When using a forklift, approach the oven from the front entrance side or rear side and keep the forklift straight. Pallet jack capacity should be sufficient to lift the oven. Oven is top heavy and should be moved with care. Oven should be lowered slowly and set on an even floor. If the oven is improperly installed, a fire may result. It is very important to make sure the oven is installed in accordance with these instructions. Pre-Assembled Installation Instructions For PA, PAG & PAGW Oven Series
Please determine the method of venting accepted by the Local Building Department before choosing between a U.L. Listed grease duct/building heating appliance chimney installation (direct venting) or a type-I exhaust hood per NFLA 96 and the UMC. Chases should be made of non-combustible materials.
