A full-length seamless drip pan simplifies cleanup by collecting grease and debris, while the adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability and flexibility in placement. Factory set for Natural Gas (NG), each griddle also includes an LP conversion kit for propane compatibility, making installation adaptable to different kitchen setups.
