Constructed with a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame and stainless steel exteriors, this oven is durable and built for continuous commercial use. Each chamber features independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers, while the spring-balanced insulated doors and Lightstone Fibrament® brick-lined deck deliver superior thermal efficiency and balanced baking performance.
