The Bakers Pride® Y-602-DSP deck oven is part of the Y-DSP series, engineered for high-volume pizza production and versatile baking operations. With its double-deck configuration, this model delivers twice the output of the Y-600-DSP while maintaining the same elegant exhibition appeal.
Designed for open-kitchen and display environments, the Y-602-DSP enhances ambiance with its large profile and the option to build behind a decorative façade of brick, stone, or tile. For a more modern appearance, it can be displayed in stainless steel, or finished with black-powder-coated control panels and hardwood handles.
Built on a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame, the Y-602-DSP is stackable and constructed to endure the rigors of continuous, high-capacity use. Each oven chamber includes a Lightstone fibrament deck with an 8" deck height, offering excellent heat retention and consistent baking results. Independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers allow for precise heat management, ensuring perfectly balanced cooking across both decks.
With 240,000 BTUH of power, the Y-602-DSP is the ideal choice for restaurants and bakeries that require both large-scale output and exhibition-style presentation.
