The Bakers Pride® P48 series HearthBake ovens are versatile countertop electric deck ovens designed for pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations that require reliable performance and efficiency. Featuring two independently controlled baking chambers, these ovens allow operators to bake different products simultaneously at varying temperatures and times.
Each chamber includes one Cordierite deck, with the option of a standard Cordierite deck (P48S) or a brick-lined Cordierite deck with a Cordierite ceiling (P48-BL). The brick-lined version delivers enhanced heat retention, improved temperature consistency, and faster recovery, making it ideal for achieving crispy crusts and evenly melted cheese. With a 7" to 7.5" deck height, these ovens can also accommodate taller bakery and roasting items.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel baking chambers, the P48 series ensures long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Fully insulated to minimize heat loss, these ovens are equipped with independently controlled top and bottom Incoloy heating elements, precise thermostats ranging from 150°F to 550°F, and 60-minute timers with continuous-ring alarms for accurate baking cycles. Compact, stackable, and mounted on adjustable 4-inch legs, the P48 series combines efficiency, durability, and flexibility in one professional-grade package.
