The Bakers Pride® GP52 HearthBake oven is a high-capacity countertop gas deck oven designed for pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations seeking versatility and reliability. Featuring two aluminized steel baking chambers, each equipped with Cordierite ceramic decks (brick-lined available on GP52-BL models), the oven delivers authentic stone-hearth baking results with crispy crusts and even heat distribution.
With a temperature range of 300°F to 650°F (149°C to 343°C), the GP52 offers precise control through an energy-efficient modulating thermostat. Its design provides flexibility: the lower decks are ideal for rapid baking, while the upper decks are suited for slower, precision baking—and can even be removed to create a single 12-inch tall chamber.
The GP52 is built with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel baking chambers for maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. Standard features include bottom-hinged doors with field-reversible handles, front-mounted control valve access panel, and chrome-plated adjustable 4-inch legs. Compatible with both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP), the GP52 provides professional-grade durability and flexibility, and it can also be double-stacked for expanded production capacity.
