Each chamber offers a 12" (305 mm) deck height and a 57" × 36" steel deck, providing expansive space and dependable performance. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each chamber ensure even temperatures and precise control. With 36,000 watts total power (12,000 per deck) and multiple voltage and phase options, this oven is built to handle the heaviest production loads with consistency and efficiency.
Constructed with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the ER-3-12-5736 guarantees durability, energy efficiency, and reliable results. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it an ideal solution for the busiest commercial kitchens.
