Each chamber provides a 12" (305 mm) deck height and a 38" × 36" steel deck, offering generous space and dependable heat retention. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each deck ensure even heating and precise temperature control. With 24,000 watts total power (8,000 per deck), available in multiple voltages and phases, the ER-3-12-3836 is built to handle continuous high-volume production.
Constructed with a fully welded .25" angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, this oven guarantees durability, energy efficiency, and consistent performance. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it scalable for the busiest operations.
