The Bakers Pride® ER-2-12-5736 is the double-deck model in the ER Superdeck Series, built for pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice kitchens that need expanded capacity and the convenience of electric heating.
Each deck features a 12" (305 mm) deck height and a 57" × 36" steel deck, providing generous baking space and excellent durability. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each chamber ensure precise temperature control and uniform results. With 24,000 watts total power (12,000 per deck) and multiple voltage and phase configurations, this oven delivers reliable performance in high-production environments.
Constructed with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the ER-2-12-5736 is built for long-lasting use, energy efficiency, and consistent baking. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it an adaptable solution for growing operations.
