The Bakers Pride® ER-2-12-3836 is the double-deck model in the ER Superdeck Series, designed for busy pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice kitchens that require high-capacity electric deck oven performance.
Each chamber offers a 12" (305 mm) deck height and a 38" × 36" steel deck, providing generous baking space and consistent results. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each deck ensure even heat distribution and precise control. With 16,000 watts total power (8,000 per deck) and multiple voltage and phase options, this oven is built for flexibility and reliability in demanding environments.
Constructed with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the ER-2-12-3836 ensures durability, efficiency, and stable baking performance. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it ideal for growing operations.
