The Bakers Pride® EP-3-8-5736 is the triple-deck model in the EP Superdeck Series, designed for high-volume pizza restaurants, bakeries, and foodservice operations that demand maximum throughput with the convenience of electric power.
Each chamber offers a 7" (178 mm) deck height and a 57" × 36" Cordierite deck, providing excellent heat retention and durability. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each deck ensure consistent temperatures and precise baking results. With 36,000 watts total power (12,000 per deck), available in multiple voltages and phases, this oven is built for flexibility and efficiency in heavy-production environments.
The EP-3-8-5736 is constructed with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and full insulation. Designed for continuous commercial use, it delivers consistent results and energy-efficient operation. Its stackable design also allows up to three ovens high, offering scalability for the busiest kitchens.
