The Bakers Pride® EP-3-8-3836 is the triple-deck model in the EP Superdeck Series, engineered for large-scale, high-volume pizza and bakery operations that demand maximum capacity with the reliability of electric operation.
Each chamber provides a 7" (178 mm) deck height and a 38" × 36" Cordierite deck, ensuring superior heat retention and balanced baking results. Independent, U-shaped heating elements on top and bottom of each deck deliver consistent baking temperatures, quick recovery, and flexibility to run different products across three decks simultaneously.
With 24,000 watts of total power (8,000 per deck) available in multiple voltages and phases, the EP-3-8-3836 combines heavy-duty construction with scalability, making it the ideal choice for operations requiring maximum throughput. Built with a fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, it is designed for long-term commercial use.
