The Bakers Pride® EP-2-8-3836 is a double-deck electric pizza oven from the EP Superdeck Series, engineered for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants, and bakeries that need durable performance and scalable production.
Each chamber offers a 7" (178 mm) deck height and a 38" × 36" Cordierite deck, providing excellent heat retention and consistent results. Independent, U-shaped heating elements above and below each deck ensure uniform baking temperatures and fast recovery. With 16,000 watts of total power (8,000 per deck) available in multiple voltages and phases, this oven adapts easily to different kitchen electrical setups.
Built with a fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the EP-2-8-3836 is reliable, efficient, and designed for long-term use. The stackable design allows operators to increase production capacity without sacrificing floor space, while user-friendly features like spring-balanced doors and slide-out flame diverters make operation simple and efficient.
