The Bakers Pride® EB-3-8-5736 is the triple-deck model in the EB Superdeck Series, built for large-scale pizza restaurants, bakeries, and foodservice kitchens that require maximum production capacity with the convenience of electric heating.
Each chamber features an 8" (203 mm) deck height and a 57" × 36" steel deck, providing a wide baking surface with dependable heat retention and durability. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each chamber allow precise temperature balance and consistent results. With 36,000 watts total power (12,000 per deck), available in multiple voltages and phases, the EB-3-8-5736 is ideal for high-demand environments where performance and reliability are critical.
Built with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and full insulation, the oven ensures long-term durability, consistent operation, and energy efficiency. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it adaptable for the busiest commercial kitchens.
