The Bakers Pride® EB-2-8-5736 is the double-deck model in the EB Superdeck Series, built for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice kitchens that need expanded capacity with the efficiency and convenience of electric heating.
Each deck provides an 8" (203 mm) deck height and a 57" × 36" steel deck, giving operators a large baking area for high-production needs. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom of each chamber ensure even baking and precise temperature control. With 24,000 watts total power (12,000 per deck), available in multiple voltages and phases, the EB-2-8-5736 is designed to deliver consistent performance even during peak demand.
The oven is constructed with a .25" fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation for durability and energy efficiency. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, making it a versatile solution for scaling production.
