The Model 351 is a single-deck oven in the Superdeck Series with an 8" (203 mm) deck height and a larger 45" × 34.5" Cordierite deck, built for commercial pizza and baking operations that need reliable output in a durable footprint. Compared with stubby-shallow models, this series offers greater oven depth and higher burner output per oven. A fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and full insulation deliver consistent baking temperatures and cooler outer surfaces. Independent top and bottom heat dampers give precise balance across the deck, while spring-balanced, insulated doors and slide-out flame diverters support smooth, continuous operation.
