The Bakers Pride® 253 is the triple-deck model in the Superdeck Series, designed for maximum production in busy, high-volume kitchens. With three independent baking chambers and a powerful 180,000 BTUH output, this oven is ideal for large-scale pizza operations, bakeries, and restaurants.
Each deck features a 1.5" thick Cordierite deck with an 8" deck height, offering excellent heat retention, durability, and consistent results. Operators can run different products at separate temperatures simultaneously, thanks to the independently controlled top and bottom dampers in each chamber.
Built for reliability and continuous commercial use, the 253 includes a .25" fully welded angle iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation for energy efficiency and operator safety. The large deck size (36" × 34.5") per chamber maximizes baking capacity while keeping the oven footprint manageable at 48" width and 43" depth.
