The American Range Dump Station (Model AF-DS) is the ideal companion for your American Range fryer. Designed for versatility, this stainless steel cabinet serves as both a convenient workstation for preparing freshly breaded items and a resting area for finished foods to drain excess oil before serving. For added functionality, an optional overhead heat lamp is available to help extend the holding time and maintain food quality.
