If the correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and ship the item to you. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you before shipping or cancel your order and notify you via e-mail of such cancellation. Many of our products ship factory direct. Some bulky items may require an additional freight amount above what is shown in our system. In this case you will be notified ASAP. You will also have the option to cancel the order at that time.
DAMAGES/RETURN POLICY
Please make sure to check for damages when your shipment arrives. Please report any freight damage, including hidden damage (that becomes only apparent after opening your package) to us immediately. You will need to retain the packaging in case it will need to be inspected or shipped back.
Returns need prior authorization and may be subject to freight and restocking charges. Manufacturers reserve the right to replace or repair the defective items at their discretion.
Returns are subject to shipping charges when repair or replacement is refused by the customer.
