Lincoln Impinger® Conveyor Ovens are the premier continuous cook platform for the food service industry. Using the latest advancements in air impingement technology, Impinger® Ovens allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods, typically done two to four times faster than conventional ovens.
Temperature and conveyor speed are adjustable for precise customization. Lincoln 1400 ovens can be stacked up to two (2) oven cavities high for maximum capacity. With a 32" wide conveyor belt x 40" baking chamber, each oven can replace up to three full size deck ovens! The Impinger I is available in both gas and electric models.
