The Sierra Range SRPO-72G-2 - 72"W Gas Bake and Pizza Full Size Double Deck Oven features decks that will always provide you with the perfect crust and a perfect bake. These stacked ovens have complete stainless steel exterior that is not only durable and resilient, it is easy to maintain and corrosion resistant. The doors of this Sierra SRPO double deck oven are insulated and spring-loaded. These doors have proven the test of time. Each Sierra Range pizza oven chamber features one Fibra-ment stone© with a 7" deck height and independently controlled top heat dampers for the most perfect results. This two-deck oven achieves maximum heat while using less energy, and much quicker recovery times between uses. Sierra Range SRPO-72G-2 is the stacked SRPO-72G ovens. Inside depths are 36".
