The Moderno 5 Pizze is designed for those who want to cook like the pros with capacity to feed a crowd. Plus, it has beauty to enhance any outdoor setting. The custom base comes with ample storage and foldaway shelves. The oven is available in either a wood or gas version. Thanks to the available hybrid kit you may choose to cook with wood in your gas oven.
FEATURES
The oven floor is made up of interchangeable refractory bricks which soak up heat and transmit it from the bottom up to the food being cooked.
The stainless-steel dome allows the oven to reach high temperatures with little wood and reduced gas consumption.
The ceramic fibre insulation keeps the heat inside the oven for a long time.
The large door is equipped with a double ergonomic handle so that you can adjust the draught while controlling the fire inside the oven.
The coloured parts of the oven have been treated with powder coating which is resistant to high temperatures.

• It comes with 4 swivel castors with brakes.
• Made of high-resistance stainless steel with no sharp edges.
• It is equipped with a large compartment to store firewood and gas cylinders to have them always at the ready. • It includes many serviceable accessories such as a peel holder, a handle to move it around, a bottle opener and hooks to hang tools like towels or oven mitts.

BaseThe 5 Pizze is available in the top version to put it on an existing surface, or alternatively, you can buy its dedicated base. The base of the 5 Pizze is black and it is equipped with large concealed side shelves, a food warmer compartment and a shelf for holding wood or a gas tank. The 4 swivel casters with brakes make it easy to move.

lets you convert it into a dual-fuel oven letting you decide which fuel to use for your recipes. The Alfa Kit Hybrid is the solution to get a hybrid oven, doubling your cooking possibilities as you choose the best of two fuels.
