The Migali® C-G48 Competitor Series Countertop Manual Griddle is essential to most commercial kitchens and restaurants. This model is designed with a 20″ deep, 3/4″ thick steel cooking surface and includes (4) chrome temperature knobs. Migali® “U” shape burners are robust, creating an even temperature across the cooking surface. Finally, the C-G48 is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, chrome accents and stainless steel adjustable legs.

This griddle is configured for Natural Gas and it comes with LPG orifice kit for in-field conversion. For even temperature across the griddle plate, it has 4 highly efficient U-shaped burners, each rated at 30,000 BTUs. This model, with 20″ deep, 3/4″ thick steel cooking surface, also has removable grease trough and slide out waste tray. Migali® warrants to the original purchasers of the Migali unit sold a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty, which begins at the date of registration or (90) days from the date of shipment by us, whichever is earlier. Migali reserves the right to service the unit only with an authorized Migali service agent. Any part returned to Migali under the terms of this warranty must be accompanied by a record of the model number, serial number and return authorization number. The Migali warranty is subject to indoor, commercial locations only.
