Electric ovens in stainless steel with
baking deck in refractory brick which gives a perfect heat distribution
on the complete surface, suitable to bake pizza directly over the deck
or in baking tray.
Available in several sizes, they can have 1 or 2 completely indipendent
baking chambers (to active both together or separately) with
electromechanical temperature regulation of ceiling and deck.
The baking chambers are heated by armoured heating elements and have an
internal lighting. The doors have a tempered glass to control the
product while baking. Available on prover, with oro without humidifer,
or on stand with trayholder slides.
